Sports Specific Performance Training:
We will help you improve your game by building strength and endurance. Through our one on one training programs you will be able to perform at increasingly higher levels and avoid injury.
Weight Loss and Fat Burn
Our weight loss workouts emphasize aerobic activity to elevate your heart rate and use large muscle groups. We will show you how to achieve and maintain weight loss and fat loss.
Nutritional Counseling
For serious weight loss, exercise is not always enough. After taking into account your personal needs and weight loss goals, we provide customized meal plans with healthy and tasty meal options. We will make sure you have the correct amount of calories, proteins, and carbohydrates for your body.
Group Training
A fun way to work out is with our couples and group training. We can accommodate group training sessions for up to six people. We also offer “Boot Camps” on a monthly basis. Please inquire for class availability and times.
Kettle Bell and Fitness Boxing
Tired of your same routine everyday at the gym? With our kettle bell and boxing workouts you can increase strength, endurance, and balance. These are great total body workouts that challenging your muscular and cardiovascular systems.
